Common use of Third Party Beneficiaries Clause in Contracts

Third Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement will inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto, the Indenture Trustee, the Noteholders and the Certificateholders, respectively, and their respective successors and permitted assigns. Except as may be otherwise provided in this Agreement, no other person will have any right or obligation hereunder.

This Agreement will inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto, the Indenture Trustee, the Noteholders Noteholders, the holders of the Transferor Interest and the Certificateholders, respectively, any Series Enhancers and their respective successors and permitted assigns. Except as may be otherwise provided in this Agreement, no other person Person will have any right or obligation hereunder.

Third Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement will shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties heretohereto and each Holder of the 2019-B SUBI Certificate and each Registered Pledgee, the Indenture Trustee, the Noteholders and the Certificateholders, respectively, and their respective successors and permitted assignswho shall be considered third-party beneficiaries hereof. Except as may be otherwise provided in this Agreement, no other person will Person shall have any right or obligation hereunder.

This Agreement will inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties heretoto this Agreement, the Indenture Trustee, the Noteholders and the Certificateholders, respectively, and their respective successors and permitted assigns. The Certificate Insurer shall be a third party beneficiary of this Agreement, entitled to enforce the provisions hereof as if a party hereto. Except as may be otherwise provided in this Agreement, no other person will have any right or obligation hereunder.

This Agreement will shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties heretohereto and each Holder of the 2020-A SUBI Certificate and each Registered Pledgee, the Indenture Trustee, the Noteholders and the Certificateholders, respectively, and their respective successors and permitted assignswho shall be considered third-party beneficiaries hereof. Except as may be otherwise provided in this Agreement, no other person will Person shall have any right or obligation hereunder.

The Indenture Trustee shall have the right to exercise all rights of the Issuer under this Agreement.

This Servicing Agreement will inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto, the Indenture TrusteeCertificateholders, the Noteholders and the Certificateholders, respectively, Securities Administrator and their respective successors and permitted assigns. Except as may be otherwise provided in this Servicing Agreement, no other person Person will have any right or obligation hereunder.

Third Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement will inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto, the Indenture Trustee, the Noteholders and the Certificateholders, respectively, to this Agreement and their respective successors assigns and permitted assignsfor the benefit of any owner trustee or indenture trustee with respect to debt obligations issued by an Exchange Noteholder and secured by an Exchange Note or other party that may be specified in the Servicing Supplements, each of which will be considered to be a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement. Except as may be otherwise provided in this Agreement, no other person Person will have any right or obligation hereunderunder this Agreement.

This Agreement will shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto, the Indenture TrusteeSecurityholders, the Noteholders and Enhancer, the Certificateholders, respectivelyOwner Trustee, and their respective successors and permitted assigns. The parties hereto hereby acknowledge and consent to the pledge of this Agreement by the Trust to the Indenture Trustee for the benefit of the Noteholders pursuant to the Indenture.

This Agreement will inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto, the Indenture Noteholders, the Owner Trustee, the Noteholders and the Certificateholders, respectively, Seller and their respective successors and permitted assigns. This Servicing Agreement will shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto, the Indenture TrusteeSecurityholders, the Noteholders and the Certificateholders, respectively, Owner Trustee and their respective successors and permitted assigns. Except as may be otherwise provided in this Servicing Agreement, no other person will Person shall have any right or obligation hereunder.

This Agreement will shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto, the Indenture TrusteeCertificateholders, the Noteholders and Receivables Purchasers, the CertificateholdersPurchaser Representatives and, respectivelyto the extent provided in the related Supplement or Receivables Purchase Agreement, to any Enhancement Provider named therein, and their respective successors and permitted assigns. Except as may be otherwise provided in this AgreementArticle XIII, no other person will Person shall have any right or obligation hereunder.

Except as may be otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, no other person Person will have any right or obligation hereunder.

This Agreement will be binding on the parties to this Agreement, and inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties heretoto this Agreement, the Indenture TrusteeNoteholders, the Noteholders Transferor, the Note Owners, and the Certificateholders, respectively, Owner Trustee and their respective successors and permitted assigns. Except as may be otherwise provided in this Agreement, no No other person will have any right or obligation hereunderrights under this Agreement.

This Agreement will shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto, the Indenture Trustee, the Noteholders and the Certificateholders, respectively, Residual Interestholders and their respective successors and permitted assignsassigns and each of the Owner Trustee, the Swap Counterparty and the Insurer shall be express third party beneficiaries hereof and may enforce the provisions hereof as if it were a party hereto. Except as may be otherwise provided in this AgreementSection, no other person Person will have any right or obligation hereunder.

The parties hereto hereby acknowledge and consent to the pledge of this Agreement by the Trust to the Indenture Trustee for the benefit of the Noteholders pursuant to the Indenture.
