Common use of Third Party Authorisation Clause in Contracts

Third Party Authorisation. 14.1 The Client has the right to use a power of attorney to authorise a third person "Representative" to act on behalf of the Client in all business relationships with the Company as defined in this Agreement. The power of attorney should be provided to the Company accompanied by all identification documents of the representative and/or any other documentation requested by the Company. If there is no expiry date, the power of attorney will be considered valid until the written termination by the Client.
