MINISTERIAL APPROVAL. 1.1 It is an express condition precedent to this Agreement having any force or effect that the Minister of Health for Alberta shall have approved this Agreement. If this condition is not fulfilled as at the date of this Agreement then, notwithstanding any other provision to the contrary, this Agreement shall not come into effect unless and until the Minister of Health for Alberta’s said approval is granted and neither Party shall have rights or obligations relative to this Agreement until that time.
MINISTERIAL APPROVAL. This Assignment Agreement shall come into effect and be effective when the conditions of approval set by the Minister are satisfied, as contemplated in the Health Care Protection Act (Alberta).
MINISTERIAL APPROVAL. The Parties recognize that the Alberta Minister of Health ultimately approves Chartered Surgical Facility Agreements such as this Assignment. The requirement of this approval may alter the Effective Date of the assignment.

MINISTERIAL APPROVAL. Any change to the Participants or the Participation Rights held by relevant Participants contained in Schedule 1 shall be of no effect unless the Minister has:
MINISTERIAL APPROVAL. Upon receipt of Ministerial Approval the Assets shall be transferred by the Commission to the GP in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Ministerial Order.
MINISTERIAL APPROVAL. If the Water Supply under this Agreement is subject to a requirement for any Ministerial approval by the Minister administering the Xxxxx Xxx 0000 relating to functions being exercised by the Water Business outside its water district, the Customer agrees this Agreement is subject to such approvals being firstly obtained and, thereafter, maintained.
MINISTERIAL APPROVAL. The parties acknowledge that, in accordance with section 111(5) of the Halifax Regional Municipality Charter, this Agreement is subject to the approval of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations as it relates to a commitment by HRM to pay money over a period extending beyond the end of the current fiscal year, and the total commitment by HRM exceeds five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000).
MINISTERIAL APPROVAL. Ministerial Approval is not required for donors and recipients in Queensland and Victoria as ANZKX does not contravene Human Tissue Acts in these jurisdictions. New South Wales (NSW) /Australian Capital Territory (ACT) / Tasmania (TAS) /Western Australia (WA) Agreement to participate NSW/ACT/TAS and WA Transplant Centres to: • Obtain signed Agreement to Participate Forms for the donor and recipient pair to participate in the ANZKX Program. • Submit the Signed Agreement to Participate Form to the ANZKX Coordination Centre via fax, post or email (scanned copies are acceptable). • Once the Agreement to Participate is obtained, Ministerial Approval is required before the donor and recipient pair can be activated on the MMEx registry.
MINISTERIAL APPROVAL. Steps for obtaining Ministerial Approval: 1 Local Transplant Centre to complete Section 1 of the Ministerial Approval Form and fax, or scan and email the completed approval form to the ANZKX Program Coordinator. The original is NOT required as long as the fax or scanned copies are clear and legible.
