Third-Party Application Access Clause Samples

The Third-Party Application Access clause governs how external software or services may interact with or access a party’s systems, data, or platforms. Its core function is to protect the integrity and confidentiality of a party’s systems and data by setting clear boundaries and responsibilities when engaging with third-party technologies.
