Third parties rights. Employee agrees not to use or disclose to an Insight Company, or induce or cause any of them to use any intellectual property belonging to a third party (i.e., other than Employee or an Insight Company) without the prior written consent of the third party. Employee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Insight Company and Companies, against any claims or losses caused by Employee’s use or disclosure of a third party’s intellectual property.
