Third parties rights. A person who is not a party to this Agreement may not enforce any of its provisions under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

Third parties rights. 39.01 For the purposes of inspection, the people of the Commonwealth shall have the same access to the leased premises, to ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s facilities on the leased premises, and to relevant records as Department (representatives of the Bureau of Forestry) has hereunder, provided that such access to Lessee’s facilities on the leased premises is limited to non-hazardous areas during normal business hours, upon written approval, when in the accompaniment of a representative of Lessee, and provided further that access to records shall be limited to those records which are non-confidential in nature as defined within the lease agreement, Section 26 (Confidentiality).

No person other than the parties to this agreement and any Group Company and the directors of any Group Company shall have any rights under it and it will not be enforceable by any person other than those parties. The consent of any third party shall not be required for the variation or termination of this agreement, even if that variation or termination affects the benefit or benefits conferred on any third party.

Third parties rights. Employee agrees not to use or disclose to an Insight Company, or induce or cause any of them to use any intellectual property belonging to a third party (i.e., other than Employee or an Insight Company) without the prior written consent of the third party. Employee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Insight Company and Companies, against any claims or losses caused by Employee’s use or disclosure of a third party’s intellectual property.
