Common use of Third General Wage Increase Clause in Contracts

Third General Wage Increase. On January 1, 2004, hourly rates of pay of positions covered by this agreement will be increased as described herein. The hourly rate of pay of each such position shall be increased by the amount equal to one-half (1/2) of the difference between such rate of pay and the average hourly rate of pay applicable on that date to the same job classification on the KCS.

Third General Wage Increase. On January 1, 20042005, hourly rates of pay of positions covered by this agreement will be increased as described herein. The hourly rate of pay of for each such position shall be increased by the amount equal needed to one-half (1/2) of the difference between equalize such rate of pay and with the average hourly rate of pay applicable on as of that date to the same job classification on the KCS.
