These Terms shall Sample Clauses
These Terms shall. (a) apply to and be incorporated into the Contract;
(a) be in substitution of any oral or other arrangements made between the Company and the Supplier; and
(b) apply to the exclusion of any inconsistent terms or conditions contained in or referred to in the Supplier's quotation, acceptance, correspondence or any other terms that the Supplier seeks to impose or incorporate or which are implied by law, trade, custom, practice or course of dealing.
These Terms shall. 2.1.1. govern the facility’s use of the Myzone System; and
2.1.2. override all other terms inconsistent with them, whether express, implied or otherwise, including terms, conditions or stipulations contained in any communication with the supplier of the Equipment to the Facility.
