These General. Purchase Conditions shall remain valid and shall prevail over any terms of business of the Contractor even if the Buyer should accept any goods / services in the knowledge that the Contractor has purported to deliver them on terms of business of the Contractor that deviate from or are in conflict with these contract terms.
