Thermal Clause Samples
The 'Thermal' clause defines the requirements and standards related to temperature control and thermal performance within a project or contract. It typically outlines acceptable temperature ranges, insulation specifications, or heating and cooling system criteria that must be met by the parties involved. For example, it may require that certain materials maintain specific thermal properties or that HVAC systems achieve designated efficiency levels. The core function of this clause is to ensure that thermal conditions are adequately managed, thereby protecting occupants' comfort and safety and ensuring compliance with regulatory or project-specific standards.
