The User’s Obligations. The User at all times during the period of this Agreement agrees:
7.1 To keep necessary master copies of the Sky Product and the Documentation safe and always at the Location;
7.2 To keep all Documentation and knowledge of the operation or design of the Sky Product confidential;
7.3 To appoint a manager within the User as a supervisor through whom all correspondence and communications with the Company must be directed;
7.4 To select only suitable staff for operation of the Sky Product;
7.5 To train or get trained by the Company or its authorised dealers the staff operating the Sky Product;
7.6 To allow the technical staff of the Company or any authorised representative access to the Machine, the Sky Product and the data generated by the Sky Product at will, on site;
7.7 To process daily and month end backups ensuring that there is always a month end or daily backup available for inspection by the Company if the need arises
7.8 To institute any new releases or error fixes and versions of Sky Product in line with the Company’s recommendations, and to keep Machine-operating software up-to-date, and to pay all costs associated therewith (excluding all bug fixes and error corrections, which are covered by the Annual Licence Fee)
7.9 To report all potential malfunctions or malfunctions in writing by facsimile or email setting out examples of what the User considers to be a fault.
The User’s Obligations. The User shall comply with all requirements of the Program set out in the Program Requirements as amended by Ryerson from time to time.
The User’s Obligations. 3.3.1 Under this Agreement, the User has the obligation to maintain a legally active insurance with maximum coverage and an additional insurance with extra coverage at all times of driving the vehicle. The User is entirely responsible for any damages both financially and legally occurred within their utility period.
3.3.2 The User has the obligation to adhere to the time and miles they are allowed to use the car according to the Annex 1.

The User is obliged to take such precautionary measures as are deemed necessary to safeguard sensitive systems and other apparatus, including computers, servers and other equipment, against power outages. Such safeguarding measures are to be implemented subject to prior dialogue and agreement with CAS (and any other relevant DTU offices—e.g. AIT).

The User’s Obligations. The user warrants that all information supplied to Sensoray concerning the identity, address and other details of the user shall be true and that any additional information that can be reasonably considered relevant to the terms of this Agreement shall be disclosed by the user to Sensoray, whether or not Sensoray has specifically requested such information. • Except as otherwise provided for in this Agreement, keep all copies of the software solely in his/her possession. • Use reasonable efforts to protect the software from unauthorized use, reproduction, publication or distribution. • Use the software only for the purpose set forth in this Agreement and for no other purpose. • Without charge transfer to Sensoray all property in any comments, reports of difficulties or problems with the software and all suggestions for improvement. • Distribute the software, except as provided for under the terms of this Agreement. • Sublicense, rent, lease, lend or otherwise transfer the software or the user's rights under this License without the prior written consent of Sensoray. • Inform, directly or indirectly, any third party of the user's unique License Key. • Remove or obscure any copyright and trademark notices.
