Common use of The term Clause in Contracts

The term. This Master Agreement and the Appendices attached hereto will become effective as of effective date identified in the Master Agreement Signature Form (the “Effective Date”). This Master Agreement will remain in effect for four (4) years and will expire on the date identified in the Master Agreement Signature Form (the “Termination Date”) unless extended, terminated, or cancelled as set forth in the Master Agreement (the “Initial Term”). This Master Agreement may be renewed for one (1) additional one (1) year period by CCOG (a “Renewal Term”) unless this Master Agreement is terminated as set forth herein. By mutual consent of the Parties, the Term of this Master Agreement may be extended beyond the Initial and Renewal Term (the “Extended Term”). The Initial Term together with all Renewal Terms and Extended Terms exercised are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Term.”
