The Tenants Clause Samples
The "The Tenants" clause defines who the tenants are under the agreement, identifying the individuals or entities granted the right to occupy or use the property. The Tenants liability to pay outgoings during the term shall subsist notwithstanding the end or earlier termination of the term.
The Tenants. This Agreement creates an assured shorthold tenancy within Part 1 Chapter 2 of the Housing ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇. This means that when the Term expires the Landlord can recover possession as set out in section 21 of that Act unless the Landlord gives the Tenants notice under paragraph 2 Schedule 2A to that Act.
The Tenants. The Society will establish policies and procedures to:
1.5.1 ensure Tenants are selected in an open, fair, consistent and non-discriminatory way and in accordance with the Health Agreement;
1.5.2 serve Tenants promptly and courteously, with clear and informative communication; and
1.5.3 provide each Tenant with access to information concerning that Tenant and protect the privacy of Tenants.
The Tenants acknowledges that upon commencement of tenancy, that the property will be delivered in a state of reasonable cleanliness, that all chattels shall be in functioning order and the property is in an ordinary state of cleanliness and repair, as would a previously lived in rental unit. The Tenants. Guests" shall mean the Tenant's licensees, invitees and all others in, on or about the Leased Premises, the Building, the Common Facilities or the Property, either at the Tenant's express or implied request or invitation or for the purpose of soliciting or visiting the Tenant.
The Tenants. Tenant Responsibility
3.1 The tenant[s], upon signing of this Agreement, agrees to be responsible for tenant obligations set out in this Agreement.
3.2 Where the tenancy comprises of more than one (1) person, the obligations to be performed under this Agreement are binding on each of the persons jointly and severally. Payment of Rent 3.3 The tenant[s] agrees to: 3.
3.1 pay rent on time, failing which the lessor may issue a notice of termination and, if the rent is still not paid in full, the lessor may take action through the courts to evict the tenant; 3.

The Tenants agrees to purchase sufficient and suitable insurance coverage for the Tenant(s)’s own personal property as well as public liability insurance. The Tenant
