Xxxx Xxxxx by a deed of conveyance dated 3rd October, 2008 (admitted to registration on 18/02/2010) for the valuable consideration mentioned therein and the said deed of conveyance was registered in the Office of Additional Registrar of Assurances – I at Kolkata and recorded in Book No. I, Volume No. 4, Pages 4966 to 4933, Being No.1442 for the year 2010.
