THE RIGHTS OF THE ASSOCIATION. SECTION 1. The Union recognizes that it is the right of the Association to exercise the exclusive, regular and customary rights of management, to direct the working forces and all aspects of its business, and make rules and regulations not in conflict with the terms of this Agreement.
