The Request. You should not use the Service to send money except to people that you know. We are not responsible for the quality or delivery of goods or services that you pay for using the Service. You accept that using the Service to pay for goods and services is at your own risk. The Request must provide the instructions and information that we need to credit the accounts of the Recipient, including the name, address and account number of the Recipient, the name and address of the Receiving Financial Institution, and any additional information we may require (the “Required Information”). We are not required to verify or confirm that the Required Information is accurate or detect any errors in your Requests and you are responsible for providing us with the correct and accurate Required Information. You are responsible for any loss or expense incurred by us or any Receiving Financial Institution which executes or attempts to execute the Request in reliance to the Required Information you provided. Once you have provided us with a Request and we have withdrawn the funds and the Fees from your Account, it is irrevocable and cannot be cancelled, stopped or changed. However, we may at our discretion use reasonable efforts to act on your request for cancellation or amendment. However, we shall have no liability to you or any third party if such cancellation or amendment is not effected. Furthermore, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all liabilities, losses, costs, expenses and damages, including reasonable legal fees, we may incur in attempting to cancel or amend the Electronic Funds Transfer. If, after issuing a Request, you discover any errors, you must notify us immediately by contacting the Home Branch where your Account is located or the Relationship Manager in charge of your Account.
