The Recommendation Paper. (a) Following the process in subclause 9.2.1, the University will issue documentation that sets out any changes recommended and the rationale for such changes (the Recommendation Paper). Employees who may be directly affected and the union will be issued with a copy of the Recommendation Paper and will have an opportunity to comment on the recommendation(s). (b) As a result of the implementation of any recommendation resulting in changes referred to in subclause 9.2.1(a), any matter regarding the particular employment conditions of an employee directly affected will be negotiated with that employee. The employee may request that the union be involved those negotiations.
