Common use of The Project Clause in Contracts

The Project. 2.1 The Project [will begin on] OR [began on] the Commencement Date and will continue until [the earlier of the withdrawal of the External Funding and] the completion of the Project or any later date agreed in writing between the Parties, or until this Agreement is terminated in accordance with clause 8 or 9. If this Agreement is entered into after the Commencement Date, it will apply retrospectively to work carried out in relation to the Project on or after the Commencement Date.
