THE POOL SERVICES. 3.1 The duty of the Servicer shall be to provide the Pool Services upon the terms of and subject to the conditions of this Agreement. 3.2 When providing the Pool Services, the Servicer shall have due regard to the interests of the CBC, the Security Trustee and the Secured Parties.
