Common use of THE PLEDGED INTERESTS Clause in Contracts

THE PLEDGED INTERESTS. 2.1 The Pledgor hereby pledges and grants a security interest in all of Pledgor’s right, title, and interest in, together with all of his incidental rights with respect to, the equity of Rampage Shopping either presently owned or hereafter acquired by the Pledgor (collectively, the “Pledged Interests”) to the Beneficiary and its successors as collateral security for the payment and performance by the Pledgor of any and all of the Obligations (the “Pledge”).
