Common use of The Plant Clause in Contracts

The Plant. From the Closing, WEPCo shall maintain insurance on the Plant in accordance with its corporate insurance policies for property damage and other applicable coverages, as more fully described in Schedule 9.1(a)(ii).

The Plant. From and after the ClosingFinal Adjustment, WEPCo shall will maintain insurance on the Plant (on the same basis as WEPCo would insure the Plant if it owned all of the Ownership Interests in the Plant) in accordance with its corporate insurance policies for property damage and other applicable coverages, coverages as more fully described in Schedule 9.1(a)(ii).
