THE PLAN WARRANTS. 1.1 Each Plan Warrant has a specified “Exercise Price,” which is the amount, as adjusted from time to time as provided in Section 1.4 below, at which a Warrant Holder is entitled to purchase one Share from an Issuer. A Warrant Holder may exercise all or any number of a Series of Plan Warrants resulting in the purchase of a whole number of Shares.
