The Plan Controls. The Option hereby granted is subject to, and the ----------------- Company and the Optionee agree to be bound by, all of the terms and conditions of the Plan as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof, but no such amendment shall be effective as to the Option without the Optionee's consent insofar as it may adversely affect the Optionee's rights under this Option Agreement.
