The Owner’s Consultants Sample Clauses

The Owner’s Consultants. If the Owner elects to engage an independent consultant for any reason (e.g., a Commissioning Authority), the Design Professional agrees to cooperate with such consultant in the professional services provided under this Contract. The Owner will provide a copy of the contract with such consultant to the Design Professional upon a written request from the Design Professional.

The Owner’s Consultants. Design Professional agrees to cooperate with any Owner’s consultant in the professional services provided under this Contract. If the Design Professional is to manage the delivery of the consultant’s services, he will be provided a copy of the consultant’s contract.
The Owner’s Consultants. If the Owner elects to engage an independent consultant for any reason (e.g., a Program Manager or Commissioning Provider), the Design Professional agrees to cooperate with such consultant in the professional services provided under this Contract. For the purposes of this Project, Xxxxxxx Environment & Infrastructure Group, Inc. (“Parsons”) has been retained by Owner as Program Manager. The Owner will provide a copy of the Contract with such consultant to the Design Professional upon a written request from the Design Professional. If the addition of an independent consultant causes a substantial increase in the scope of services provided by the Design Professional, the Design Professional shall be entitled to request an increase in compensation for the Additional Services.

  • Contractor’s Employees and Subcontractors (a) Contractor shall only disclose PII to Contractor’s employees and subcontractors who need to know the PII in order to provide the Services and the disclosure of PII shall be limited to the extent necessary to provide such Services. Contractor shall ensure that all such employees and subcontractors comply with the terms of this DPA.

  • Contractor’s Contract Manager The Contractor’s Contract Manager, who is primarily responsible for the Contractor’s oversight of the Contract performance, will be identified in a separate writing to the Department upon Contract signing in the following format: Contractor’s Contract Manager Name Contractor’s Name Contractor’s Physical Address Contractor’s Telephone # Contractor’s Email Address If the Contractor changes its Contract Manager, the Contractor will notify the Department. Such a change does not require an amendment to the Contract.
