Common use of the Named Project Clause in Contracts

the Named Project. (a) has reached Completion on or before the Named Project Completion Longstop Date (unless otherwise expressly agreed by the GLA in its sole discretion) and (b) meets the CASSH Minimum Standards and the Grant Recipient has complied with any requirements of the Minimum Building Safety Standards applicable to the CASSH Dwellings comprised within the Named Project;
