Common use of The Mortgagee Clause in Contracts

The Mortgagee. The Mortgagee shall be entitled to assign and/or transfer its rights and/or (if any) obligations under this Deed, and/or grant participations in all or any part of its rights under this Deed, and/or make disclosures in accordance with the provisions of the Credit Agreement. Without prejudice to the foregoing, upon the appointment of a successor Mortgagee under the provisions of the Credit Agreement, such successor shall be deemed to be acting as Mortgagee under this Deed in place of the former Mortgagee.
