Common use of The Loan Agreement, the Security Documents and all agreements Clause in Contracts

The Loan Agreement, the Security Documents and all agreements. instruments and documents executed and delivered in connection with any of the foregoing shall each be deemed amended hereby to the extent necessary, if any, to give effect to the provisions of this Amendment No. 9. Except as so amended hereby, the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with their respective terms. The execution and delivery of this Amendment No. 9 by the Borrowers, the Banks and the Agent shall not waive or be deemed to waive any default which has occurred or which may be occurring in respect of the Loan Agreement, and each of the waivers granted hereunder shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the purpose for which given. All of the terms and provisions of this Amendment No. 9 are hereby incorporated by reference into the Loan Agreement as if such terms and provisions were set forth in full therein.
