Common use of The Licensee has the right Clause in Contracts

The Licensee has the right. 3.6.1. In case of any authorised subsequent use by other persons of the Journal and/or the Work (including any of its separate parts, fragments), to demand that other persons include references to the Journal, the Licensee, the Author or other copyright holders, the name of the Work, the issue number of the Journal and the year of publication as indicated in the Journal.
