The Global Agent Sample Clauses
The Global Agent on behalf of HoldCo shall deliver to each Unrestricted Financier the Annual Outlook for the immediately following Financial Year as soon as the same becomes available but, in any event, within thirty (30) days after the start of the relevant Financial Year.
The Global Agent. The Lenders authorize National City Bank, and National City Bank hereby agrees, to act as the administrative agent for the Lenders in respect of this Agreement.
