The Global Agent Sample Clauses

The Global Agent on behalf of HoldCo shall deliver to each Unrestricted Financier the Annual Outlook for the immediately following Financial Year as soon as the same becomes available but, in any event, within thirty (30) days after the start of the relevant Financial Year.

The Global Agent. The Lenders authorize National City Bank, and National City Bank hereby agrees, to act as the administrative agent for the Lenders in respect of this Agreement.   • Security Agent (a) The Security Documents and the Collateral will be administered by the Security Agent pursuant to the Intercreditor Agreement for the benefit of all holders of secured obligations. (b) Any resignation or replacement of the Security Agent shall be made in accordance with the terms of the Intercreditor Agreement.

  • Agent Subject to any other written instructions of the Adviser or the Trust, the Subadviser is hereby appointed the Adviser’s and the Trust’s agent and attorney-in-fact for the limited purposes of executing account documentation, agreements, contracts and other documents as the Subadviser shall be requested by brokers, dealers, counterparties and other persons in connection with its management of the Subadviser Assets. The Subadviser agrees to provide the Adviser and the Trust with copies of any such agreements executed on behalf of the Adviser or the Trust.
