The fourth sentence of Section 3. 1 of the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: All invoices not paid when due shall bear interest from the date due to the date paid at three (3) times the French legal interest rate as at the date of the invoice, in addition to a fixed allowance of forty (40) euros for recovery costs.
