Common use of The Financing Clause in Contracts

The Financing. In order to, among other things, implement provisions of the Development Agreement, as defined below, the Owner, the District and the City wish to enter into this Acquisition Agreement to finance the acquisition of the Facilities, as defined below, and provide for the payment of the Facilities and Discrete Components thereof as shown in Exhibit A hereto (as it may be amended and supplemented by any Supplement).
