Common use of The Facility Clause in Contracts

The Facility. You represent that you have the necessary computer equipment, software and other office equipment ("Facility") adequate to perform the services contemplated hereby as well as for other investment companies (such investment companies, together with the Fund, are herein collectively referred to as the "MFS Funds") for which Massachusetts Financial Services Company ("MFS") acts as investment adviser.
