Personal Release. Photography and audio or video recording may occur at the Event by or on behalf of DocuSign. You agree that DocuSign may use or share any such photographs or recordings containing your image or likeness, if captured, in connection with any advertising or promotional content, program or material for the Event, DocuSign, or for any other lawful purpose, including posting on public websites. DocuSign does not undertake any obligation to use your image, name or likeness, or any exercise of its rights granted herein. If you do not wish for your image to be used in any of the ways outlined above, then please email xxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx in advance of the Event to confirm as such in writing.
Personal Release. Xxxxxx (and/or others on behalf of Xxxxxx) may be photographing, recording (both audio and video), webcasting and podcasting (“Recordings”) at the Event and the Venues, events or activities. By agreeing to these Terms and attending the Event: • You agree that your image, likeness, voice, statements and other identifying characteristics (your “Image”) may be Recorded, and you consent to the use of your Image in connection with the use of the Recordings. • You irrevocably grant Apollo and its agents, contractors, licensees and designees and their respective successors and assigns (the “Apollo Parties”) a non- exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free and fully paid-up, perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, translate, display, perform and otherwise exploit the Recordings and your Image therein, in whole or in part, in any and all media formats and through any and all media channels, in any manner and for any purpose in connection with Apollo, its business and/or the Event (including any future reoccurrence of the Event or a similar event), and for any other lawful purpose. • You waive any right you may have to inspect and/or approve the use of the Recordings or any reproductions thereof, and you agree that Xxxxxx is not obligated to make any use of your Image or exercise any of the rights granted to it. • You understand that your Image may appear in Recordings made available to you, other attendees, or the public, and that third-parties may retain and distribute those Recordings. • You agree that Xxxxxx exclusively owns all rights (including without limitation, intellectual property rights) in the Recordings and all results and proceeds derived from the use of the Recordings and your Image therein, and that no portion of such proceeds will be shared with you. • You waive and release any and all rights of privacy and publicity, and any and all claims to compensation or damages or of violation of intellectual property rights, in connection with the use of the Recordings and your Image therein and/or any advertising or publicity relating thereto. • You represent that you are of full legal age and have read this release and fully understand its contents.
Personal Release. The Society may use my name, voice, likeness and biographical material, or that of any member of the Project, in connection with any NGS Product and/or any NGP Product; and may use my name, voice, likeness, and biographical information for advertising, publicity and promotion in connection with the Project and any products describing the Project, and for institutional purposes, but not as an endorsement for any product or service. Further, third party sponsor(s) of the Project or the Society may use my name, voice, likeness and biographical material, or that of any member of the Project, only in connection with such sponsor(s)’s advertising, publicity and promotion of its sponsorship of the Project or the Society, but not as an endorsement for any product or service of such sponsor(s). I specifically agree that this release affords the Society the right to feature me in any NGS or NGP Product. Upon final execution of this Agreement, I agree to provide the Society with a still photograph of me (“Head Shot”) for such use, and grant to the Society a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to reproduce, distribute and display the Head Shot as described herein. I covenant, represent and warrant that I am either the copyright owner of the Head Shot or own sufficient rights in the Head Shot to make the grant of rights above.

You agree that Slack may use or share any such photographs or recordings containing your image, voice, or likeness, if captured, in connection with any advertising or promotional content, program or material for the Event, Slack, or for any other lawful purpose, including posting on public websites. However, Slack is not obligated to use your image, voice, name or likeness, or exercise any of its rights granted herein.
Personal Release. (a) Trailblazer Community Group Meeting leaders, and Trailhead meeting and Trailblazer Community Group Meeting attendees, and/or Salesforce (and/or others on behalf of Salesforce), may be photographing, recording (both audio and video), webcasting, podcasting or otherwise transmitting during any or all of a Trailhead meeting or Trailblazer Community Group Meeting (including at the Trailhead meeting or Trailblazer Community Group Meeting venue, during a Trailhead or Trailblazer Community Group meeting session, or during other Trailblazer Community Group activity). Your image, likeness, voice, statements and other identifying characteristics (each, an “Image”) may be captured in photographs, recordings (both audio and video), webcasts, podcasts, or other transmissions of a Trailhead meeting or Trailblazer Community Group Meeting or such other activity (each, a “Recording”).

Grantee covenant, represent and warrant that Grantee am either the copyright owner of the Head Shot or own sufficient rights in the Head Shot to make the grant of rights above.
Personal Release. You may be featured on media channels, websites, and social media posts from Salesforce. You hereby grant to Salesforce a non-exclusive, royalty-free right, but not obligation, to use your name, likeness, voice, biography and quotations (collectively “Attributes”) in Promotional Materials (as defined below), and to use, reproduce, distribute, display, exhibit or otherwise exploit these Promotional Materials, worldwide, in perpetuity, internally or externally, in all media, including at events sponsored by Salesforce, for the purposes of advertising or trade in promoting and publicizing Salesforce and itsproducts and services. “
Personal Release. Professional and personal photographs, audio, and video will be captured during the Conference. You, and anyone in your party, hereby grant CMT and its representatives’ permission to photograph and/or record you and them at the Conference and distribute (both now and in the future) the image(s) or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities and you consent and understand that you have waived any rights or claims for damages, remuneration, defamation, legal action, etc., arising out of the enforcement of this rule. I DO HEREBY RELEASE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM ANY CLAIM WHATSOEVER WHICH ARISES OR MAY HEREAFTER ARISE ON ACCOUNT OF ANY FIRST AID, TREATMENT, OR SERVICE RENDERED IN CONNECTION WITH MY PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITY.
Personal Release. As a registered student of Evolution Dance Complex, the registration to the studio which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby irrevocably grant to you, your successors, it’s agents, affiliates, licensees and assigns, the non-exclusive right, but not the obligation, name, likeness and voice in connection with and as a part of your Evolution Dance Complex programming (the “programs,” and in all exploitation, advertising promotion, publicity, title sequence and ancillary marketing and merchandising campaigns. The program(s) may exhibit and exploited by you by any and all methods and means in any and all media (including without limitations the Internet (including Face book and Instagram), and likeness, and biographical information pertaining to me in connection of the dance school program(s). I hereby release Evolution Dance Complex (and any of its agents, affiliates, licensees, and assigns) (the producer) from and against any and all claims, causes of action, suits, costs, liabilities and damages whatsoever that I now or hereafter may have against Producer in connection with any program and the preparation, production and/or any exploitation thereof, or any other use of the Events or of any rights granted to you herein. I warrant that I am fully authorized to grant the rights granted in this agreement. : Release of Liability As the legal parent or guardian, I release and hold harmless Evolution Dance Complex staff, its owner and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control and supervision of EDC staff, its owner and operators or in route to or from any of said premises. : Medical Release The undersigned gives permission to Evolution Dance Complex staff, its owner and operators to seek medical treatment for the participant in the event they are not able to reach a parent or guardian. I hereby declare any physical/mental problems, restrictions, or condition and/or declare the participant to be in good physical and mental health. I request that our doctor/ physician be called and that my child be transported to the hospital. I give permission to administer Tylenol and/or Motrin as needed at the studio.
