Common use of The Documentation Agents Clause in Contracts

The Documentation Agents. Each of Foothill, CIT and Commerzbank, in their respective capacity as Documentation Agents hereunder, shall not have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement (or any other Loan Document) other than those applicable to each of them in their capacity as Lenders (to the extent they are a Lender hereunder). Without limiting the foregoing, each of Foothill, CIT and Commerzbank, in their respective capacity as Documentation Agents, does not assume and shall not be deemed to have assumed any obligation towards or relationship of agency and trust with the Lenders or for the Borrowers or any of their Subsidiaries.
