Common use of The Custodian and the Securities Administrator Clause in Contracts

The Custodian and the Securities Administrator. The Custodian shall be entitled to all of the benefits, rights (including any rights of indemnification and any rights of resignation) and immunities set forth in this Article VIII with respect to the Trustee and/or the Securities Administrator to the same extent as though each reference to the Trustee or the Securities Administrator referred to the Custodian. Notwithstanding the foregoing, (i) the Custodian shall not be entitled to receive any additional compensation for serving as custodian hereunder and (ii) so long as Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Master Servicer, the Custodian and the Securities Administrator shall be entitled to resign upon the resignation or removal of the Master Servicer.
