The Cumulative. Sick Leave Plan shall not apply during the Parental Leave nor shall the current sick leave allowance nor any fraction thereof. ▇▇▇▇ Leave accumulated to the commencement of the Parental Leave shall be reinstated at the agreed upon termination of the Parental Leave if the Teacher returns to work.
