Common use of The Credit Facilities Clause in Contracts

The Credit Facilities. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and relying on the representations and warranties set forth herein, Lender hereby establishes in favor of the Company the credit facilities, loans, and other financial accommodations described below (collectively, the “Facilities”). The Facilities shall be subject to and governed and secured by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, the Notes, and the other Loan Documents. The terms of each Note shall set forth the amount and duration of each Facility, the interest thereon, the fees applicable thereto, and the purpose thereof, as well as any other terms and conditions Agent may elect to set forth therein, and the Company shall be subject thereto.
