Common use of The Contribution Clause in Contracts

The Contribution. 4.1 Subject to all the other provisions of this Agreement, the Minister will make a Contribution to the Proponent in respect of the Project, of the lesser of: (a) 26 % of the Eligible Costs; and (b) $ 9,265,620. 4.2 The Minister will not contribute to any Eligible Costs incurred by the Proponent prior to December 3, 2003 nor after the Project Completion Date, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Minister.
