Common use of The Contribution Clause in Contracts

The Contribution. 3.1 Subject to all other provisions of this Agreement, the Agency shall make a Contribution (“the Contribution”) to the Recipient, with respect to the Project, calculated as the lesser of: (a) the assistance rate percentage of the Eligible Costs as stated on Schedule 2 – Statement of Work; and (b) $100,000.00.
