THE CONTRACTS (RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES. Act 1999 40.1 A person who is not party to this Call-Off Contract has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this Call-Off Contract but this does not affect any right or remedy of any person which exists or is available otherwise than pursuant to that Act.
