The Consulting Services. Until the termination of this Agreement, the Consultant through ▇▇▇▇▇▇ exclusively shall, as and when requested by the Company, act as a consultant and render his assistance and participation as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, giving the full benefit of his knowledge, expertise, technical skill and ingenuity, in all matters involved in or relating to the business thereof (the “Consulting Services”).

The Consulting Services.
