The Construction Documents. The issued Job Order(s), which shall include the Job Order Contractor’s GMP Proposal(s) related to the applicable Job Order, the fee breakdown for each GMP Proposal and the “Job Order Schedule” relating to the applicable Job Order, developed in accordance with Section 10.1 below and updated as set forth in this Contract, attached hereto as Exhibit C and incorporated herein by reference. If the City elects to request a unit-price fee proposal pursuant to Section 2.2 below, such proposal shall be substituted for the GMP Proposal (including fee breakdown) described herein.
