Common use of The Committed Rate Loans Clause in Contracts

The Committed Rate Loans. (a) During the Commitment Period, subject to the terms and conditions hereof, each Bank severally agrees to make loans (individually, a “Committed Rate Loan”) to each Borrower in Dollars or in any Foreign Currency from time to time; provided that (i) after giving effect thereto, such Bank’s Committed Extensions of Credit then outstanding do not exceed the amount of such Bank’s Commitment and (ii) the Total Extensions of Credit then outstanding do not exceed the Total Commitments. During the Commitment Period, each Borrower may use the Commitments by borrowing, repaying and reborrowing, all in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof.
