PERFORMANCE OF THE CONTRACT II.1.1 The Contractor shall perform the Contract to the highest professional standards. The Contractor shall have sole responsibility for complying with any legal obligations incumbent on him, notably those resulting from employment, tax and social legislation.
Duration of the contract This contract becomes effective on , and will continue in effect for 365 days from the above date. Either party may terminate treatment with reasonable notice to the other party, as provided in the agreement. Notwithstanding this right to terminate treatment, both Provider and Beneficiary agree that the obligation not to pursue Medicare reimbursement for items and services provided under this contract will survive this contract.
SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT 1. The Landlord undertakes to provide the Accommodated Person with temporary accommodation (one bed) in a furnished single/double/triple room No._███████ in the SH Mladá garda - Račianska 103, 831 012 Bratislava 35 in the academic year _2021/2022 , for the period of 14.02.2022 until the day of the end of the examination time (inclusive) in accordance with the binding time schedule for the academic year _2021/2022 as announced by the Xxxxxx, unless the situation under Article III Paragraph 2 hereof occurs, due to which the accommodation may be terminated earlier. If the Accommodated Person is a doctoral student of the STU, the accommodation shall be provided to him/her until the end of the academic year _2021/2022 .
SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT 1. Conclusion of the contract 1. An Agreement is deemed to be concluded with the Contractor only after the Principal accepts an offer by the Contractor without reservations or if the Principal receives a written order confirmation from the Contractor or if the Contractor commences the provision of the service. If the Contractor issues a written order confirmation, such order confirmation is decisive in terms of content and scope of the Agreement unless expressly negotiated otherwise.

Variation of the contract The parties undertake not to vary or modify the Clauses. This does not preclude the parties from adding clauses on business related issues where required as long as they do not contradict the Clause. Clause 11
OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT 1.1. Drawings : 2000-100 rev. 02 – General Arrangement (Xxxx Maritime) 2000-101 rev. 02 – Tankplan (Xxxx Maritime) which, signed by both Parties, are an integral part hereof, although not attached hereto.
Language of the contract The language of the contract and of all written communications between the Contractor and the Contracting Authority and/or the Project Manager shall be English.
