The Association. 23.1 The Board agrees that any person who becomes a member of the Senior Officers' Association shall be required, as a condition of employment by the Force, to authorize the Treasurer, in writing, to deduct Association dues from the member's salary. In the event the Board incurs any liability as a result of the foregoing, the Association shall indemnify the Board for any such liability so incurred.
