The Arts University Bournemouth’s right of entry. To allow the Arts University Bournemouth to enter the premises at any time in order to clean or and examine the Premises or, if reasonable required, in order to provide any of the Facilities, to repair, clean, decorate or service any part of the Halls (including the Common Parts).
