Common use of The Appointments Committee Clause in Contracts

The Appointments Committee. a) The Appointments Committee will be exclusively formed by Directors who do not perform executive functions, in the amount determined by the Board of Directors, with a minimum of three (3) and maximum of five (5) members. The members of the Appointments Committee will be appointed by the Board of Directors at the proposal of the Audit and Control Committee, and the majority of whom shall be independent Directors.
