Common use of THE ACADEMY Clause in Contracts

THE ACADEMY. 1.A This Agreement made between the Secretary of State for Education and Greenshaw Learning Trust is supplemental to the master funding agreement made between the same parties and dated 2017 (the “Master Agreement”).

THE ACADEMY. 1.A This Agreement made between the Secretary of State for Education and Greenshaw Learning Trust is supplemental to the master funding agreement made between the same parties and dated 25 August 2017 (the “Master Agreement”).

THE ACADEMY. 1.A This Agreement made between the Secretary of State for Education and Greenshaw Learning Trust is supplemental to the master funding agreement made between the same parties and dated 2017 27 May 2011 in the form of a single funding agreement in respect of Greenshaw High School which was amended and restated pursuant to a deed of variation dated 7 November 2014 to form the Master Funding Agreement. (the “Master Agreement”).

THE ACADEMY. 1.A This Agreement made between the Secretary of State for Education and Greenshaw Learning Trust is supplemental to the master funding agreement made between the same parties and entered into on 27th May 2011 in the form of a single funding agreement in respect of Greenshaw High School which was amended by a deed of variation to form the master funding agreement dated 2017 7th November 2014 (the “Master Agreement”).
