Tests on Completion. 9.1 Contractor’s obligations Delete first paragraph of Sub-Clause 9.1, and substitute: The Contractor shall carry out the Tests on Completion in accordance with this Clause, and Sub-Clause 7.4 [Testing] and the H1 - Technical Specifications and drawings [chapter Testing & Acceptance], after providing the documents in accordance with Sub-Clause 5.6 [As-Built Documents] and Sub-Clause 5.7 [Operation and Maintenance Manuals].
