Common use of Tests; Defects and Acceptance‌ Clause in Contracts

Tests; Defects and Acceptance‌. (a) When, in the Supplier’s judgement, any part of the Supply is complete in accordance herewith, the Supplier shall give written notice to that effect to the City. Thereafter, the City shall reasonably promptly perform such practical tests of the Supply as the City reasonably deems necessary, and the Supplier shall assist the City with all such tests, if and to the extent so requested by the City.
